I had a small issue with my order and ended up contacting Halara support. i don’t usually trust customer service to be that helpful, so I expected a whole back-and-forth or some generic replies. But they got back to me faster than I thought and were actually really nice about it. The person I spoke with sorted it out without making it complicated, which was a relief because I was already a bit stressed. Overall, it went way better than I expected, and I’d order again.

I really like these designs. They’re simple but still cute, and the colors are easy to wear day to day. I kind of trusted my instinct when picking them, and I’m glad I did because the fit and overall look feel really nice.

I ordered from Halara a couple weeks ago, and while everything did eventually arrive, it came a few days after the delivery date I was originally given. For most of the week, the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was or if it was still moving. Once the clothes got here, they were totally fine and I was happy with them, but the shipping experience felt a little unreliable. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something by a specific date

They had almost everything I was looking for, which was a win. A couple colors were definitely gone in my size, because of course those were the exact ones I wanted, but I still found something really close. Checkout was easy enough too, so overall I’d absolutely call it a good experience.

I ordered my usual size and it fit pretty much the way I was hoping it would. It wasn’t too tight anywhere, but it also didn’t feel loose or baggy. I’m always a little unsure with online sizing, so I was relieved this one matched my expectations.

The refund came through a few days after they received the item, which felt totally reasonable. I also reached out to customer service with a quick question and they were really nice about it. Stress-free overall, and I’d definitely order again

I really liked how this looked and fit at first. It was cute and comfortable, so I was happy with it. But after a few washes, I started noticing the seams getting loose in a couple spots. It wasn’t totally falling apart or anything, but once I saw it happening in more than one place, it felt like a bit of a pattern. Not awful, just not as durable as I expected.

I picked up a pair of leggings from halara and my main concern was whether they’d be see-through. Happy to report they’re not at all. I even wore dark underwear to really test them out, and the fabric stayed totally opaque, even when I bent down. They fit nicely too, so overall I’m pleased with them.

At first I thought the compression might be a little too firm, but actually no, it feels supportive without being uncomfortable. I’ve worn them for walks and gym days, and the waistband stays up really well, which was a big thing for me. Shipping was fine too, nothing exciting but no issues. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I got the updates fast, so i always knew where my order was. it made the whole thing feel way easier.

The pockets are actually super useful. They fit my phone and keys without feeling awkward, which makes running errands so much easier. My only issue is bad timing—I could’ve used these on like five chaotic errand days before I finally got them.

Some of the pieces are actually really cute and comfortable, so I can see why people like them. That said, the quality felt a little inconsistent to me—like a reminder that a good deal only feels good if the item holds up. I’m happy enough with what I got on sale, but I probably wouldn’t feel the same if I had paid full price

Not gonna lie, the refund did come through, but it took around two weeks. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a little slower than I expected.
